Meliora TeaDuring Meliora Weekend every fall, the Epsilon Tau Chapter hosts the Mel Tea for sisters, alums, and family members! We love that this gives us the opportunity to introduce all of our families to our bigger Gamma Phi family! We are so grateful to have a chance to show our siblings and parents who we are and how much our chapter does for us - and of course to feast on a delicious brunch!

Founders DayEvery year the Epsilon Tau chapter of Gamma Phi Beta hosts a Founders Day Brunch for sisters and alumni. We gather together to celebrate the history of our chapter, reflect on memories, and network with alums from all over the United States. In Gamma Phi Beta, it is not four years - it's for life.

firesideBefore initiation every year, the chapter gathers together to talk about everything our sisterhood means to us; wrapped in blankets and accompanied by sisters and ample supply of cake, we reflect on how our sisters have supported us, what Gamma Phi means to us, and all of our favorite memories together.

retreatOnce a semester, Gamma Phi Beta hosts a chapter-wide sisterhood retreat, located somewhere around the Rochester community. These retreats give us a great opportunity for sisterhood bonding, games and activities, and a chance to explore new places in Rochester! Spring retreat is hosted soon after bid day, and allows us to welcome new members into our chapter. Fall retreat is a time for reflection, goal setting, and looking forward to the year ahead!

family linesSomething very unique about our chapter is how much emphasis we put on family lines! We love how these lines can be traced back throughout the history of the chapter! Big - little pairings are made early on in the new member process, and new sisters learn early on that many family lines have traditions tracing back generations! Some of these traditions include Thanksgiving Dinners, big-little sleepovers, family brunch on Dandelion Day, and more! These smaller families within our larger Gamma Phi family provide another unique way to help us create stronger ties within our sisterhood!
